Its not matching the resolution of my PC on iPad Pro or iPhone 6s Plus

Simply great

Got this app mainly to help my grandmother with her computer needs while away at work or home. Thus far it has worked perfectly and allowed me to manage the computer as if I was there. I am happy and grandma is happier because the problem gets fixed right away!

App works fantastically. I have the desktop and iOS app so I can always log into my own computer or a family members computer if they are having troubles. Desktop app is seamless when connecting to another computer. iOS apps are a little harder to use but work amazingly well. Technical support was very helpful when I had a slight problem which was remedied with an update. Highly recommended if you want to connect to your desktop or laptop while away.

How is this app getting such high scores is beyond me. Im using an iPad Pro along with my MacBook Pro and its probably the biggest waste of money on the App Store according to my purchases. Why? Extremely laggy even when on the same network in the same room. It doesnt use the entire screen as advertised in videos. My guess is that it works best and is particularly made for Windows. This is on par with googles freeee remote app. 15 bucks, for what? I may even consider paying 16 bucks a year to use splashtop which at least is smoother and streams my audio. Id be happy to change the score if this app improves.

Fluid, even though its still in beta, works very well on Mac! Best remote desktop app Ive used!

This app just keeps getting better. Jump now lets you use a Bluetooth mouse! This is HUGE -- means a laptop doesnt need to come along on vacation. Along with my Bluetooth keyboard, I now have a completely productive remote work environment for getting things done in a pinch.

The best! I have used this constantly for 4 years! It works Great!!

Well worth the price. Little Hefty on battery usage but I use this all the time for my mom who lives states away and needs help once in a while or if I need to do something from my home computer real quick.

No lag great app for money

I have an iPad and I use this for work and I can log in to my work PC and use it just like if I were on my PC. This app offers so many different ways to maneuver around your desktop from the iPad (or probably any device you may be using). This is well worth the money and you will not regret it. I would have paid even a little bit more for it and thats how good it is.

I have no problems whatsoever with this program connecting to three different servers that I have to connect to for work on a regular basis -- a Windows Server 2003 machine, and two Windows Server 2012 machines. Well worth the money, in my opinion. Absolutely a wonderful program, but I highly recommend using it with a Bluetooth keyboard so you dont need to use the on-screen keyboard -- the keyboard makes it so much easier to actually get work done when youre logged in remotely. The developers updates have only made it better and better over the years. Ive had this app for a good while now, and I continually use it -- how many apps can you say *that* about? Being able to remotely connect to my work computers via my iPad, you cannot beat the price I paid -- the convenience factor alone is well worth it at this price-point. UPDATE: They *still* keep adding features, and fixing bugs! The developers are very active -- this is not a stale app at all. It just gets easier and easier to use. Yes, it is pricey, for an app -- but still SO worth it! I use this app ALL the time to log into the several different servers I need to access on a regular basis. Its so nice to know that I can just carry around my iPad Air with its Bluetooth keyboard-cover, and have a full-fledged remote-desktop that I can use to solve real business problems when Im on the road, without the need for a full-sized laptop. Im still incredibly impressed with this software, and it just gets better and better with every update! If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Update no longer allows me to connect

Update 7.2 crashes a lot when selecting any computer not displaying as visible and even worse I cant see nearly 90% of my computers now where my apps that I didnt update see them all fine. Honestly this is my favorite remote app ever... But the update has made the app mostly useless. Hopefully your devs can fix it ASAP. Bad release guys.

I really enjoy using Jump. Great remote access, easy to setup and use. Ive used it for years and it keeps getting better.

Dont use. They updated the app without doing same for desktop without warning. I can no longer reach any of my computers running snow leopard which is the most uptodate OS apple allows on those macs. Shame shame

Excellent app and great update. Switched to using the new Fluid Remote Desktop on my Mac and PCs - massive improvement in frame rate!

Love this - they keep improving the app. The new Fluid stuff is blazing fast!
