These guys do a rock solid job of consistently updating the jump app and making mile stone improvements. Never had any complaint.

Have automatic configuration enabled and use it to manage my PCs (ultimate and home premium) and Mac from anywhere. Dont need to worry about firewalls or remembering ip addresses. Everything is controlled using my email address. Cool app.

I love touch ID support. Feels polished. Highly recommended.

I have no problems whatsoever with this program connecting to three different servers that I have to connect to for work on a regular basis -- a Windows Server 2003 machine, and two Windows Server 2012 machines. Well worth the money, in my opinion. Absolutely a wonderful program, but I highly recommend using it with a Bluetooth keyboard so you dont need to use the on-screen keyboard -- the keyboard makes it so much easier to actually get work done when youre logged in remotely. The developers updates have only made it better and better over the years. Ive had this app for a good while now, and I continually use it -- how many apps can you say *that* about? Being able to remotely connect to my work computers via my iPad, you cannot beat the price I paid -- the convenience factor alone is well worth it at this price-point.

But now that they removed the keyboard you cant spam it to wake up your computer when on the go, so you should look for other ways to wake up your Mac, which is what Ill be needing to do.

I used to use Teleport and Microsofts Remote Desktop client, but this blows both of them out of the water; the extra keyboard functionality, the different cursor modes, and plenty of other features.

Last update is very good and fast please update this app and suporrt touch id and add more thing too this app jump is very better than teamviwer. Tank you.

I have been using this for years, it works! I hope the developers keep doing a great job.

Click drag works great. Hold to right click is great too. I am able to intuitively manage servers, copying files, administering databases and web sites much more comfortably thank other apps. Love the 3D Touch actions and the triple tap to show the keyboard. Of course, a full computer is better, but this is the next best thing.

Fantastic RDP a client. Hard to envision life pre-Jump Desktop.

Ive tried a lot of the RDP apps and this is definitely a good one. Comparing to the garbage Microsoft released is not a fair comparison though, anything compared to that is great. Its lacking some useful features like sorting and folders. An easier way to mass change passwords would be nice especially when you have to change passwords every 90 days and you have 50+ servers to manage. Other RDP Apps have these features. A feature that automatically saves URL RDP would be amazing, Id give 5 stars just for the ability to auto save the URL based RDPs that are passed to it.

This app does it for me. Access Mac or Win machines from anywhere. Very stable and fast. Thanks a million. It was worth the cash.
