Jump Desktop (RDP, VNC, Fluid) App Reviews

In my opinion, more natural controls than most popular rdp/vnc solutions. I use it for my IT business. Id really like the option to pay these guys to keep my account active in case someone buys them out... With over 50 computers connected to my account, itd be a real burden to have to go back to each jobsite, etc.

I use this APP daily to access office program. Very reliable. Its the reason I decided to buy an IPAD and continue to update with each generation.

If youre an enterprise user like me, and you want a very powerful yet simple-to-use RDP/VNC client, this is the best. You just found it. It connects to Windows servers even when MS RDP wont! Just get it. You wont be sorry.

I can sit in my hotel in HongKong and get into all my machines and send myself stuff or upload. I can change settings and install software. Great app. Works so much better than the others on the store

This software has been a joy to use. I depend on it as a Systems Administrator when I dont want to pull out my laptop. The company continues to update an already wonderful application. This is the ONLY RDP application I use on my iPhone, iPad and Mac to connect to Windows or Mac computers. Please keep up the great work you are doing!!!! Well worth the money I spent on it.

Your latest update messed up my apple pen function when on remote PC

I use this to monitor my sons Internet use and I can literally be anywhere with an Internet connection. Even when Im on my work vpn I can use Jump desktop to see my computers at home. Also I can monitor my work servers behind the office firewall even when Im not on the VPN. I love it!

I have always favored TeamViewer over Jump because, prior to this update, Jump had been crippled by slower response times than TeamViewer regardless of connection speed. But with this latest 7.1 update, all I can say is "WOW". The user response time now matches TeamViewer and because of the removal of this killer flaw, Im now taking advantage of all the extra features that TV doesnt have (3D touch support, macros, iPad Pro integration, keyboard accessibility features, the list goes on). Looking forward to many more hours using Jump.

Used to like and use this program somewhat regularly but now the URL feature is broken! You can no longer use URLs to launch RDP sessions even though their support site says its possible. Now its pretty much useless to me.

This tool is great. I have multiple devices and sometimes Ill leave my work laptop at home. When I do, I use this app to quickly remote into it or Ill just the desktop version which is included when you get this app! No VPN required!! Truly an awesome Remote Desktop Tool thats easy to use on a phone!!!

Best Remote Desktop app period. Was using iteleport forever but the lack of updates made me give up on it and try something else. Jump on my iPad pro is beautiful!! Worth every penny! Keep the updates coming.
